Summer Program Cancellation Policy

***All camps that are canceled due to COVID-19 will receive a full refund once canceled by Happy Fee/ Wichita Legends.(HFW/WLSC)*** 

If HFW/WLSC cancels a camp and there is not an alternative camp date, location, or time, that works for the customer’s schedule, a full refund will be provided to that customer. In the case that your schedule changes and it conflicts with a camp that you previously signed up for, we will allow you to switch camps within that current camp season. If the camp you switch to costs more or less, the difference will either be charged or refunded to that customer. 

If a customer is unable to attend camp due to personal schedule conflicts, a $40 cancellation fee will be applied and the remaining balance will be refunded to the customer. The $40 cancellation fee is only charged if the camp is not canceled by HFW/WLSC and there are no alternative camp dates and times that work for that customer. 

Sick or Injured Camper Refunds

We do not issue refunds within the ten-day period before camp starts unless the child has an injury, illness and can provide a note from their medical provider, or HFW/WLSC cancels the camp.  All refunds will be made within a 30-day period of the cancellation date.
